Our strength is researching local communities. We know how to get the answers and insight our clients require to help make their communities better places in which to live.
Housing is a critical component of any community and we have years of experience in researching local concerns in the housing sector. We’ve conducted numerous tenant and resident satisfaction research for local authorities and housing associations across the UK.
For example, by using sophisticated conjoint techniques we can get to the heart of the issues that matter, enabling our clients to focus their energies on making important strategic decisions for their customers. We also use deliberative techniques to elicit the opinions of local people; many of whom are considered hard-to-reach audiences such as ethnic minorities, the disabled, younger residents or the elderly.
Importantly our network of local field interviewers know the areas in which they operate, so they can empathise with local community issues. We take every detail into consideration to ensure that the audience feels reassured and confident that their views are being heard which, in turn, gives us more valuable insights.
We have extensive experience researching local concerns about crime and anti-social behaviour on behalf of local authorities and housing associations, but we also have an impressive list of police and community safety clients. Our work often looks at sensitive or controversial subjects fundamentally affecting the lives of significant but often unheard sections of the community.
